Refund policy
We accept returns on unused products in "as-new" condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) form from us prior to shipping any items back. Please write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package, next to or on the shipping label. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. - Customers are responsible for tracking and insuring return shipments. We are not able to monitor expired RMA numbers.
- All return shipping costs must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Credits are typically issued within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. If any parts are missing, they will be documented and may be deducted from your refund.
Damages, Defects & Shipping Claims
- Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to both us and the shipping carrier within 7 days of delivery. If a claim number has been issued by the carrier, please include it in your communication. Be sure to retain all original packaging, as the carrier may require an on-site inspection before approving a return.
- For defective items or missing parts, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly send the appropriate replacement parts at no charge.
