Ocean Rock USA Inc., doing business as ELEMENTI, warrants ELEMENTI products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and service. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product collection and component materials. Please refer to the sections below for specific warranty details.
Fire Pit Warranty
Elementi & Modeno Fire Tables
Elementi and Modeno fire tables are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Elementi Plus Fire Tables
Elementi Plus fire tables include an extended 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty, providing enhanced protection for premium components and craftsmanship.
Elementi Pro Fire Tables
Elementi Pro fire tables include premium warranty coverage designed for enhanced durability and long-term performance. Please contact Elementi Customer Service for specific warranty terms and coverage details.
Fire Pit Warranty Exclusions
Gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter; otherwise, warranty coverage will be void.
The following items are not covered under the Fire Pit warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Improper installation, repair, or modification not performed by Elementi
- Gas installation performed by unauthorized personnel
- Decorative media, including lava rock and fire glass
- Minor chipping, non-structural hairline cracks, or water staining
- Normal color and texture variations caused by handcrafted GFRC
- Surface holes caused by air or water bubbles during casting
Note: GFRC is a hand-finished material. Each unit may vary slightly in color, texture, and finish due to the natural characteristics of the casting process. Variations of up to 15% are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
Concrete Furniture Warranty
Elementi concrete furniture is handcrafted from GFRC and designed for outdoor living. Due to the handcrafted nature of GFRC, each piece may have unique variations in color, texture, and finish.

- Surface holes caused by air bubbles during casting
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance

Patio Furniture Warranty
Elementi Outdoor Patio Furniture is covered by warranty based on individual components and materials. Warranty periods vary depending on residential or commercial use.

Patio Furniture Warranty Exclusions

- Normal weathering, fading, or natural aging
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage caused by use
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage
- Commercial use unless specifically covered
