Ordering & Shipping

  1. Where can I buy Elementi products?
    Elementi products can be purchased directly through our website or through authorized partners.

  2. Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly through our website. 

  3. How long will it take to receive my order?
    In-stock items typically ship same business day. Lead times for backordered items are shown on each product page.

  4. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
    Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of ordering. Final sale and discounted items cannot be canceled.

Product Information

  1. What materials are your fire tables and furniture made from?
    Our fire features are handcrafted using durable glass-fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) and 304 stainless steel components for long-lasting performance.

  2. Do your fire pits come fully assembled?
    Most products require minimal assembly. All necessary parts and instructions are included.

  3. What’s included with my fire pit?
    Each fire pit includes a burner system, lava rock, a 10 ft. hose, a free canvas cover, and a repair kit. Inclusions may vary by model — check individual listings for details.

Replacement Parts & Maintenance

  1. Can I buy replacement parts or touch-up materials?
    Yes. We offer a full selection of replacement burners, ignition systems, hoses, paint, grout, and more. These items are available in our "Parts & Maintenance" collection.

  2. How do I touch up or repair surface damage?
    Use our original Elementi paint and grout, which is included with every fire feature order. Instructions are available upon request.

  3. How do I clean and maintain my fire pit or outdoor furniture?
    Use mild soap and water for regular cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Protective covers are recommended when not in use.

Fuel & Safety

  1. Do you offer natural gas and propane options?
    Yes. Most models are available in both propane and natural gas versions. Be sure to select the correct configuration when purchasing.

  2. Are your products certified for safety?
    Yes. All Elementi fire pits and burners are CSA, CE, and UKCA certified, meeting international safety standards.

  3. Can I use your fire features on a wood deck or near walls?
    Always use your fire feature on a flat, non-flammable surface and follow the clearance requirements in the user manual.

Warranty & Support

  1. What is your warranty policy?
    Elementi, Modeno, and Elementi Home products include a 1-year limited warranty, while our premium Elementi Plus line includes a 2-year limited warranty. We recommend reviewing each Elementi Outdoor listing for detailed warranty terms; warranty coverage may vary depending on the products individual components.
