Ocean Rock USA Inc., doing business as Elementi, warrants Elementi fire features and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of such defects, Elementi will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product. This warranty is valid for non-commercial, personal use only, and is non-transferable.
Elementi offers warranty coverage based on the product collection: Elementi and Modeno fire tables are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, while the Elementi Plus line includes an extended 2-year warranty for enhanced protection of its premium components. Elementi Home products, including tables and side tables, are backed by a 1-year warranty. Warranty coverage for Elementi Outdoor products varies by component and is detailed in the section below.

Warranty Exclusions
Gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter; otherwise, warranty is void.
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Damage from misuse or abuse
- Dings, dents, scratches, and fading from natural weathering
- Decorative rock
- Improper installation, repair, or modification not performed by Elementi
- Minor chipping, non-structural hairline cracks, or water staining
- Normal color and texture variation due to handcrafted GFRC
- Surface holes caused by air or water bubbles during casting
Note: GFRC is a hand-finished material. Each unit will vary slightly in color (up to 15%), texture, and finish—these are natural traits of the casting process and are not considered defects.
